They don't have electricity, but outside those windows are spectacular views. Australia's schools have plenty of classrooms for all levels of education. Australian schools have access to electricity and better resources.

Who goes to school |
12,812,435 children go to school. These are the ages between 3-22 years and education level of preprimary to tertiary. It is compulsory for children to go to school and have 9 years of education. These are normally the ages 6-14. Boy and girls both go to school but there can be gender imbalances. 22% of primary aged children are not in school.63% of children not attending school are girls. For those who do go to school, the older students normally teach the younger ones.

What the schools are like |
Schools are poor, with only 40% of teachers having a degree, 30% of children don't have a desk to sit at. Crisis and conflict keep the children out of school. Sometimes teachers are absent from school.
